Job Brief:
A leading organization is seeking a Regional Brand Manager – Heat & Tank to drive strategic marketing, innovation, and brand development initiatives for the Heat & Tank lining portfolio across the MEIA (Middle East, India & Africa) region.
The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, accelerating profitable growth, and ensuring strong alignment with regional and group brand strategies. The successful candidate will lead innovation initiatives, manage category portfolios, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets.
This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and reports to the Regional Category Manager – Specialty.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead selected regional innovation projects as Project Manager and be regionally responsible for the respective category assortment, including implementation of the regional marketing plan, general product support, training, and product knowledge dissemination.
Work with global and regional R&D experts to establish the MEIA innovation product pipeline and independently manage specialty projects.
Secure regional growth and profitability of the specialty category by managing the existing portfolio and identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on market opportunities that create value for customers and the organization, in order to achieve improved earnings, increased sales, and a stronger market position.
Implement category activities such as re-launches, innovations, and product releases in accordance with global and regional marketing plans to meet customer needs and expectations, and to deliver on growth and profitability targets for the region.
Manage selected regional innovation projects in collaboration with Sales, Technical Service & Support (TSS), R&D, and other relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a stakeholder in relevant global IB (Innovation Board) projects.
Ensure that Products in Service are maintained and consistent by monitoring usage, customer feedback, market positioning, pricing, and profitability to secure expected return on investment (ROI), quality standards, and brand recognition.
Govern and support local activities by working closely with local sales and marketing networks to ensure the sharing of best practices, knowledge transfer, and potential extended use of local product variations.
Support the regional network with product knowledge and product training initiatives to ensure commercial and technical alignment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or innovation roles.
Experience preferably within industrial, building materials, coatings, or B2B environments.
Prior experience with heat-resistant and tank-lining coating industries is an advantage.
Good understanding of relevant international standards and specifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM, NACE, SSPC, API) and their application in customer and project environments.
Strong project management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across different cultures and markets.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
