Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the operational management of courier outlets within the region, ensuring the achievement of service quality, timeliness, and core operational indicators;
2. Continuously monitor and analyze the cost structure and achievement status of each outlet in the region, promoting the implementation of feasible cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans;
3. Promote standardized and regulated operations of courier outlets in the region, reducing the risk of violations and fines;
4. Responsible for the daily management and performance promotion of the foreign blue-collar team (couriers, operators, etc.) within the region;
5. Coordinate and advance various operational and management matters within the region, ensuring the effective implementation of headquarters and regional goals.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, can be used as a working language;
2. 3-5 years of experience in the courier/logistics industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience;
3. 1-3 years of experience managing overseas foreign blue-collar employees (experience in the Middle East or similar markets is preferred);
4. Strong ability to handle pressure and solve problems, able to adapt to fast-paced, high-intensity work environments;
5. Clear logical thinking, with data analysis and problem-solving skills;
6. Proficient in using common office software like Excel, with basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Bonus Points:
Preference for those with experience in the Middle East courier/logistics industry;
Familiarity with regional outlet management, quality control, and cost optimization is preferred;
Experience in managing multicultural teams is preferred.
