ReactJS Developer- Next.js-Node.js- San Francisco, CA or Frisco, TX (Onsite) Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead to drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications in an enterprise retail environment.
Required Skills:
• 7+ years of front-end development experience
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead / People Management role
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and ecosystem (Redux, React Query, Webpack)
• Experience with Next.js and SSR/BFF architectures
• Strong proficiency in Node.js
• Hands-on with HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Solid understanding of Omnichannel Retail concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
• Mobile development experience (React Native / iOS / Android)
• PWA experience
• Exposure to POS / In-store retail systems
• Enterprise-scale retail background
• Web performance optimization & WCAG accessibility knowledge
