Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React (v18+) and TypeScript .The ideal candidate will be well-organized, technically proficient, and focused on delivering exceptional user experiences. The ability to collaborate effectively across the organization is essential. Experience in the finance or banking domain is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React 18+ and TypeScript.
• Translate functional and business requirements into efficient, fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and visually polished user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, refine, and drive project milestones.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best engineering practices.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
Professional Skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong ability to influence, coordinate, and drive projects toward timely completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert requirements into structured technical implementations.
• Experience in the finance/banking industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills
• React 18+ frontend development experience is a must.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React Router/Routing.
• Experience with Hooks, Context API, Suspense, and basic Linux shell scripting.
• State management experience (e.g., Redux).
• Strong knowledge of CSS and styling best practices.
• Keen eye for UI/UX quality and user-centric design.
• Knowledge of Git and exposure to DevOps environments.
• Solid computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, system design.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with standard frontend tools.
• Experience with micro-frontends using Module Federation.
• Familiarity with Web Components.
