What You’ll Be Doing: • Developing and optimizing high-performance, low-latency systems for trading and market connectivity. • Writing highly efficient C++ code that interacts directly with operating systems, network hardware, and processors. • Working on distributed systems, tackling challenges in concurrency, multithreading, and memory management. • Continuously improving system performance through rigorous testing, profiling, and debugging. • Collaborating with world-class engineers and researchers to solve complex technical problems in real time. What We’re Looking For: • A top-performing C++ developer with 3 – 8 years of experience and a deep understanding of performance optimization, low-level programming, and distributed systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and an insatiable curiosity for systems architecture and algorithmic efficiency. • Experience with UNIX/Linux environments, networking protocols, and multithreaded programming. • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Previous experience in high-performance computing, trading systems, or real-time applications is a plus.
