Job Description
The ideal candidate will assist QA leads with all aspects of QA testing and reconciliation, following established processes and best practices. Key responsibilities include developing test plans, test cases, and expected results; identifying gaps in requirements or implementation; verifying business rules, data field specifications, and other validations; and performing data testing and reconciliation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with application development teams and other cross-functional teams to solve project and customer issues, ensure compliance with government software development standards, and complete work and achieve milestones within assigned deadlines.

• Proven experience in executing testing related activities and data reconciliation activities for large complex business critical business systems.
This position requires strong coordination and organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
