As a UX Content Writer for Slalom, you will work on high-impact projects that redefine what's possible for our clients. Your role emphasizes UX product content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across customer-facing communications.
• Edit and approve communications from change management teams to ensure accuracy and tone.
• Create knowledge articles to support customer actions.
• Maintain and evolve the client's tone and voice using established UX writing guidelines.
• Partner with designers to create templates and define copy hierarchy.
• Ensure digital accessibility in all content by applying WCAG 2.1 standards.
