• *Responsibilities**:
- Support operation of Central Tracking Center for ocean/air freight for MENA/ India region.
- Manage/acquire ocean/air carriers departure/arrival tracking data.
- Improve overall visibility in logistics operation (in-transit cargo status/ cargo with overdue status).
- Conduct data verification for ETD/ETA daily updates and ATD/ATA performance registration in the system.
- Report daily to HQ Global Control Tower system.
- Manage active communication channels with ocean/air carriers.
- Verify ocean/air carriers EDI updates and inform/alert branches of any delays.
• *Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in related business course.
- **3+ years’ experience in SCM**, logistics or any other similar field.
- Logistics operation knowledge (ocean/air/land transportation).
- Logistics IT system knowledge (WMS, TMS, etc.).
- Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Oral communication-the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Well experienced in Global /Local Logistics operation.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from sales and customers.
- Ability to effectively present information to higher managements.
