Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RAN, Core, Transmission, and IP/MPLS configuration, as well as experience with multi-vendor environments and advanced telecom technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and integrate 2G/3G/4G LTE & 5G NR networks.
• Work across multi-vendor environments (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE).
• Perform MW/Fiber transmission setup and testing.
• Utilize OSS/BSS tools such as Huawei U2020, Ericsson ENM, and Nokia NetAct.
Requirements
• Education: Degree in Telecom, IT, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in telecom configuration/integration (operator or vendor projects).
• Certifications: Vendor certifications such as Huawei HCIA/HCIP, Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco/Juniper are a strong plus.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
