<\/div>The product Owner responsibility, is to represent Business Owner vision and needs and detail the thinking of the needs and requirement in order to
<\/div>The AVP, Digital Security manager is responsible for the ideation, support and reporting of the Digital security landscape within the bank.
<\/div>The role holder will have close interaction with technology and fraud teams and will be required to represent the bank on Digital security topics outside the bank with regulators and other interested parties.
<\/div>This person must have an ability to keep up with the latest Digital techniques, while helping team members and the business better understand Digital. The role holder must communicate progress to their team and communicate market changes in the Digital Security landscape to their respective business customers to enhance their understanding of the Digital opportunities.
<\/div>Specialist experience in the following platforms and activities is critical to the role:
<\/div> 2+ years first hand experience in driving Digital Security programmes
<\/div> Excellent planning and communication skills
<\/div> Strong understanding of the Digital technologies and how to leverage in a customer focused environment
<\/div> Obsessed with Digital Customer Experience and driving true differentiation and disruption within the banking sector
<\/div> Experience of applying technologies to deliver Digital security models in a customer facing environment.
<\/div> Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record
<\/div> Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
<\/div> Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
<\/div> Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

<\/div>• Provide analysis on current Digital Security models in place within PBG
<\/div>• Market analysis on what is deemed best in class
<\/div>• Monthly reports on Digital exposures and proposed mitigating actions
<\/div>• Interface with FAB Technology teams and fintech partners on tactical and strategic solutions to deliver a robust Digital security solution
<\/div>• In addition to the core Digital Security focus, the role holder will provide Digital Analyst support to the Digital Banking initiatives and support the Head of Mobile in driving out the strategic Mobile roadmap.

<\/div> Deliver the Digital Security key programmes within agreed timelines and budget
<\/div>
<\/div> Provide subject matter expertise for the assigned domain and provide expert guidance to the leadership teams on all related areas to facilitate the achievement of the bank strategy and functional strategies.
<\/div>
<\/div>People Management
<\/div> Manage the effective achievement of the project deliverables through close collaboration with the business, IT, Group Digital and Agency teams.
<\/div> Act as a role model and drive adherence to organisational values and ethics by employees of the assigned department to foster a value driven culture within the bank.
<\/div>Budgeting and Financial Performance
<\/div> Manage the Digital Security Programmes within agreed budgets and provide project financial reporting on risks and outcomes.
<\/div>Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
<\/div> Manage and ensure effective implementation of Digtial functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
<\/div>Market Intelligence
<\/div> Keep abreast of the digital security market intelligence and trends in personal banking, and provide inputs to make improvements in customer service delivery as well as relevant policies and processes, in order to develop a holistic view on how it will affect customer experience and expectation in the future.
<\/div> Identify areas of development and innovation to existing and new digital channels (internet, mobile, SMS, wearable, digital TV) in relation to the Digital Security landscape.

<\/div>Channels Performance Management
<\/div> Oversee the performance of all Personal Banking Digital authentication journeys, monitored against a target of significantly increasing customer trust and satisfaction whilst managing the banks risk appetite.

<\/div>Continuous Improvement
<\/div> Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of the online Digital Programmes, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

<\/div> Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet FAB requirements, policies and quality standards
