Role Description
This is a Direct full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure products and services meet established standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting audits, training team members on quality protocols, analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement, and coordinating with other departments to promote overall operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control Processes, and Quality Standards
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Problem-Solving
• Leadership abilities with experience in Team Training and Supervision
• Knowledge of Compliance Regulations and Documentation best practices
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant professional certifications
