Job Duties: • Perform data entry of quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation into internal systems. • Maintain and organize QA files, logs, and archives for easy retrieval and audit readiness. • Handle clerical tasks and assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for QA management. • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for QA related tasks • Perform ad-hoc project and QM related tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: • Completion of Form 7 / DSE or above; associate degree preferred. • Minimum 1 year of working experience in clerical support. • Basic knowledge of quality assurance principles is a plus (training provided). • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing We offer excellent compensation package, promotion prospects and job satisfaction.
