Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to support a Scaled Sales Development (SSD) organization, partnering closely with Premium and Virtual Chat Assistant (VCA) teams. This role will accelerate delivery of chat-based solutions and key technology roadmap initiatives that enable scalable assisted-sales experiences and premium product growth.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-volume, user-centric applications that power chat-based and self-serve sales experiences.
• Deliver on roadmap initiatives including:
• Mobile feature enhancements for chooser and survey experiences
• Cross-channel enablement via one-click chat deep links
• AI-driven recommender and conversational self-serve capabilities
• Expansion of chat entry points across product surfaces and help centers
• Modular UI architecture to support differentiated routing and experiences
• Personalization and copy testing in collaboration with UX and data science teams
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, full-stack or backend development
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, Java, or C++
