**Scrum Master | Cloud Tech Consultancy | Up to £80k | London - Hybrid**
Having already placed one Agile Coach into this market leading cloud tech company they are looking to bring on another experienced Agile Coach & Scrum Master to support their continued growth. They have a track record of delivering next gen solutions anda list of clients including Google, Capgemini and the Home Office to name a few.
You will be working closely with a senior project manager as well as the wider business and a list of global clients. Due to them being a scale up, this role would be great for someone who is looking for a wide variety of challenges and responsibilitiesthat offer more breadth than a narrowly defined Scrum Master Role in a big corporate.
Experience in a high growth tech start-up is advantageous due to the dynamic nature of the role. The HQ is London but they also have teams across Europe and the US so experience working with international colleagues and clients is beneficial. They are proudof the high performing culture they have developed in the team so are looking to bring in people who can continue to add to this.
• *Day to Day**
- Set the tone for Agile ways of working
- Lead in best practices and ceremonies, provide Agile framework coaching
- Work with the Senior Project Manager with requirements gathering, epic scoping, status and risk reporting, and documentation creation

- Experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Have managed multiple Agile teams
