· Bachelor or Technical Degree in Computer Science, IS, or IT is preferred
· At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Java/J2EE development
· At least 5 years of experience in big data technology development.
· Good understanding & working knowledge with Agile/Scrum
· Hands-on experience of end-to-end design and implementation of complex IT systems
· Strong knowledge in Core Java (Java 8+) and OOAD
· Experience in Kafka messaging system.
· Big Data framework like Storm, Hadoop, Hdfs, Hbase, Ignite.
· Good knowledge of Flink, Redis, s3, MongoDB is an advantage.
· Tools – Maven, GIT CICD, Cucumber, Kibana
· Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker & Kubernetes/Cloud technologies will be advantageous
· Solution design using proven patterns, awareness of anti-patterns, performance benchmarking
· TDD/BDD driven development mindset with strong skills in Junit, Mockito and other Unit testing frameworks
· Knowledge in test automation framework
· Knowledge on DevOps Practices
