Responsibilities: Support the design and development of electrical systems for major infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to confirm alignment with project requirements. Ensure assigned tasks are delivered within project timelines, budgets, and quality frameworks. Job Summary:The QA/QC Specialist – Maintenance & Operations is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and operational activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance procedures. This role monitors, inspects, and evaluates maintenance processes, operational workflows, and equipment performance to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control procedures for maintenance and operational activities. Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance work, equipment, and operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Review maintenance schedules, procedures, and reports to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements. Identify, document, and report non-conformities, defects, and operational inefficiencies. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to develop corrective and preventive action plans. Ensure all maintenance work meets internal standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Participate in the development and review of maintenance manuals, SOPs, and operational guidelines. Support training programs to enhance quality awareness among maintenance and operations personnel. Generate QA/QC reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review. Stay updated on industry best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to maintenance and operations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and safety regulations. Experience with inspection tools, techniques, and reporting protocols. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Skills & Competencies:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in QA/QC documentation, reporting, and auditing practices. Strong understanding of maintenance processes, operational workflows, and equipment lifecycle. Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC software or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
