Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)Establish QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and work instructionsEnsure compliance with contract specifications, standards, and regulationsSupervise and coordinate site inspections and testing activitiesReview and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)Monitor construction activities including earthworks, concrete, structural works, roads, and infrastructureEnsure materials used on site meet approved specificationsReview and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawingsMaintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and NCRsPrepare quality reports and submit them to clients/consultantsManage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actionsCoordinate laboratory and field testing for materials (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel, etc.)Ensure calibration of testing equipmentApprove material sources and suppliers in coordination with procurementLiaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site engineers on quality issuesConduct quality meetings and toolbox talks related to qualitySupport construction teams in resolving quality-related problemsConduct internal quality audits and inspectionsTrain site staff on quality procedures and best practicesLead and manage the QA/QC team on sitePromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Minimum 15-18 years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projectsStrong knowledge of international Quality standardsExperience in managing high rise buildings, shopping malls, villas, airport, hospitals and theme parksExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
