Role Summary:
The QA / UAT Specialist validates system functionality, AI behavior, integrations, and user acceptance prior to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute test plans for AI agents and CRM integrations
• Validate transcript evaluation accuracy
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with university stakeholders
• Identify and document defects and remediation steps
• Support go-live readiness and signoff
Qualifications
• 4+ years in QA or testing roles
• Experience testing AI-driven or automated systems
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Higher-education system testing experience preferred

Pay: AED50.00 - AED150.00 per hour
