Job Role: QA Manual Testing
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote, ok as of now, but customer can ask to report to office in the future)
Job Description:
Mandatory Skills
• Primary skill: Functional testing (manual)
• Secondary skills: Testing skills related to SQL, ETL, Databricks, Snowflake
• JD: Lead and manage ETL testing across data migration, data warehouse, and analytics projects.
• 5+ years of ETL/Data QA experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong SQL and ETL testing skills; experience testing data warehouses and large scale data pipelines.
• Hands on experience with ETL tools, data platforms such as Databricks, SQL Server or Snowflake
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
• Lead defect triage, track issues, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
