A company is looking for a QA Engineering Manager to oversee quality assurance across product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the cross-product test strategy, including both manual and automated testing
Manage, mentor, and grow a QA team of engineers and specialists
Partner with product and engineering managers to integrate testing into the release pipeline
Required Qualifications
7+ years in QA or Software Engineering with 2-3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in test strategy and execution within SaaS, APIs, or AI / ML platforms
Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI / CD integration
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, and FedRAMP
Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and acting on KPIs
