Our esteemed client, an established/globally recognised MNC, is searching for a QA Assistant Engineer (Failure Analysis/Tuas/MNC):
Job Description:
• Perform failure analysis on products, including disassembly and use of analytical tools to identify root causes.
• Prepare and issue technical failure analysis reports and communicate findings to relevant process teams.
• Track and update failure analysis cases and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist Quality Engineers in managing non-conforming products (NCR) and supporting investigations.
• Support CAPA activities and participate in product quality and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure equipment calibration, 5S, and safety compliance in the analysis area.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechatronic & Robotics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in quality, failure analysis, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Able to perform hands-on analysis and reporting.
• Comfortable to work in clean room environment+ dry room (0% humidity).

• Working Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5 Days
• Salary: Basic Salary up to S$3,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus
