You will work closely with software engineers, product managers and Dev_REMOVE axis teams to execute test plans, report defects and ensure KSM meets high quality and security standards. This role is well‑suited for a technically curious QA professional with an interest in cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps workflows and secure software systems.ResponsibilitiesExecute functional, integration, regression and UI testing for KSM web applications, SDKs and integrationsTest KSM workflows across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) scenariosCollaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define test casesReport, track and communicate defects clearly using Jira or similar tracking toolsSupport automated testing efforts by contributing test cases and working with existing automation frameworksValidate expected security‑related behaviors and access controls within KSM workflowsRequirements3+ years of experience in QA, software testing or a related roleFamiliarity with web applications, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps workflowsExperience with manual testing and a foundational understanding of automated testing conceptsFamiliarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to document findings clearlyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teamsDue to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)Preferred QualificationsExposure to scripting or automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)Experience testing APIs, SDKs, developer tools or third‑party integrationsFamiliarity with security or compliance‑focused environments (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)Experience working with containerized or orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes)Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer‑Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary={`/} Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.)Above‑market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal‑opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E‑Verify program.
