You will be responsible for fine-tuning and deploying advanced models for real-time voice applications, working on cutting-edge challenges in LLMs, speech technologies, and MLOps.
• Fine-tune and optimize large language models using LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, and other advanced techniques
• Innovate with the latest research in conversational AI and speech technologies
Requirements:
5+ years of ML engineering experience (beyond academic projects)
Strong background in model fine-tuning and deployment
Bonus: Speech expertise (ASR/TTS) and MLOps experience
