Dubai Recruitment | Admin & HR Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company’s daily administrative operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized office environment;
• Handle recruitment, employee file management, visa processing, payroll, and attendance tracking;
• Assist department managers with annual performance evaluations and year-end bonus distribution;
• Complete other tasks assigned by department leadership.
Job Requirements:
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills;
• At least 2 years of administrative and HR management experience in the UAE, familiar with UAE labor laws and related procedures;
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
