About the Role:
To directly manage the assigned territory Performance against Customer potential and Company Set Targets. To manage the performance of his team members by checking their daily achievements, set daily objectives and manage customer call plans.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
• Should have Graduate in Business administration / Marketing.
• Age 30 Years and Above.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Food service Sales at different hierarchical Positions
• Track record in managing large teams and Sales Experience
• Good proficiency in English & Arabic.
• Highly skilled on reporting, communication and MS.
• Knowledge in Foodservice Sales operation and industry dynamic.
• Should be a good team player.
