Key Responsibilities:
UAT / Manual Testing Responsibilities:
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that applications meet business requirements.
• Understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and business processes to design and execute relevant test scenarios.
• Execute manual test cases, log defects, and track resolution through defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to verify fixes and ensure the final product meets quality expectations.
• Document UAT results, prepare test summary reports, and support sign-off activities.
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as needed.
• Assist in creating or maintaining UAT documentation and test evidence for audits and releases.
Data Entry & Validation Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or testing environments.
• Validate, clean, and reconcile datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support creation and management of test data for UAT execution.
• Assist in comparing system outputs against expected results and documenting discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Should have 1-2 years of hands on experience in Manual Testing .
• Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and UAT processes .
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and validation tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
