Job description
• Participates in the Transition and take KT from the customer in coordination with Australia and IND team·
• Reverse KT documentation creation and sessions need to be shared with management and Australia and IND team.
• Innovate and propose Automation solution as per client requirements.
• Conduct meeting with different teams, document approach and execute the implementation for multiple platforms.
• Analyze the incidents reported as per the SLA and share the resolution and RCA document.
• Updates in Systems and tools as per the guidelines and customer requirements.
• Any other report/data as per demand from client or Infosys team.
• Administer the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing technical cyber security platforms (Azure AD, SSO integrations, MFA configuration, Conditional access policies, PIM configuration and other Azure AD related features we can utilize)
• Learning & cross skilled on SailPoint IDN and supporting the customer on related incidents and service requests.
• Would need care of day-to-day production support tasks, work with business stakeholders, Architect, Infrastructure team, Application team and other Operations Team handling and resolving production issues and incidents.
• Preparing the SOP, Process and KB documents on regular issues.
• Reporting the status to Infosys Management regularly and understand the roadmap to progress.
• Adhere to Infosys and client policies, code of conduct and data handling.
