Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join our small, hands-on team at 1957 Ventures. The ideal candidate will own infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability for one of our startups.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure on OCI/GCP for dev, staging, and production.
• Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for backend, web, and mobile apps.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging so issues are visible and actionable.
• Work with developers on deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Implement backups, basic disaster recovery, and security controls appropriate for fintech.
• Join incident reviews and help improve reliability over time.
