Responsibilities
• Architect and develop software according to Contineo standards and guidelines
• Work closely with product team to design and deliver new features / Services
• Work in DevOps environment and agile development methodology
• Ensure delivered items meet the acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of Python components (Lifecycle event management , booking module , analytics reports)
• The candidate will need to learn the functional of the platform (The role is not a pure development / tech role)
Academics and experience:
• At least 7 years experience as a Python developer
• Track record in designing / building entreprise application
• Undergraduate or Graduate Degree, preferably in engineering / computer science
Key Skills:
• Expert in Python , including Core Python libraries / tools (Django or Fast API , dash..)
• Strong IT culture (Micro services , kubenetes , HTTP connectivity)
• Demonstrate leadership skills / drive
• Some background on AI principles (Machine learning , LLMs)
• Strong will to learn financial products
• Ability to design data structures: Relational , Json...
• Ability to understand application functional.
• Excellent understanding of software SDLC (Agile , testing framework)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills, strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Financial markets (Derivatives products and transaction flows) - is a plus
(Will consider candidates without financial markets experience)
