Property management experience is a must. We are looking for an individual who can follow up on daily task, obtain estimates, report maintenance repairs by creating work orders while out on field. Someone with a good work ethic, responsible and has a sense of urgency. Someone who pays attention to detail and strides for the property to look its best. Good communication skills and has the ability to enforce house rules.
Property Supervisor* Property Management – South Bay, CA POSITION SCOPE: We are seeking a Property Manager who will oversight many aspects of management for single family residence and apartment complex. Oversee move in, move out, and preparing a vacant unit for fast renting to minimize rental loss. Ability to resolve tenant complaints or concerns. Experience with Unlawful Detainer and Small Claims court procedures.
Must be organized and experienced in obtaining estimates for repairs/ Large projects, Balcony inspections, roofs etc...
Interface with on-site property managers to assure apartments are leased/re-leased promptly
TENANT RELATIONS Tenant relations activity for Property, including :
• Resolution of Tenant complaints
• Enforcement of the Company’s and the Owner’s policies related to the Property, including inspections as needed, among Tenants and vendors
• Collection and reconciliation of rent payments
• Negotiation, preparation, and implementation of rental agreement renewals and assignments;
LEASING: Leasing activity for Property, including:
• Preparation leasing calls, scheduling appointments, vacancy showings Open house showings, as needed (on weekends, 1-4 times per month)
• Quality control inspections of Property
• Marketing and advertising of Property
Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years property supervisor experience managing large portfolios - Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Appfolio a must, Real estate license a plus

Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
