Key Responsibilities: • Project Technical Leadership: • Act as the single technical authority for the EPH project. • Own all technical decisions across design, build, testing and go-live. • Translate business, regulatory and operational requirements to detailed technical solutions • Serve as technical escalation point during the full project life cycle. • Domestic and Cross-Border Payments Enablement: • Lead technical delivery for ACH, RTGS, GCC RTGS, Instant Payments integrations. • Lead technical delivery for SWIFT CBPR+, SWIFT GO, SWIFT API Integrations • Define and validate ISO 20022 Message Structure and MT/MT transformations • Ensure Central Bank and SWIFT compliance for all payment flows • Integrations with Core Banking via Middleware: • Lead real-time and batch integration between EPH and Core Banking through ESB. • Ensure Exception handling and automated reconciliation between integrated systems. • Integration with Customer & Business Channels: • Lead EPH integration through ESB with: o Mobile & Internet Banking o Branch / Teller Systems o Corporate and Business Banking platforms o Host to Host and Swift API integrations o Instant/speed transfer integrations o Integration with AML, Sanction Screening, Fraud Management Systems • Security, Compliance & Audit Readiness: • Ensure full project compliance with Central Bank regulations, SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022 • Compliance with Bank Information security and cyber security policies. • Lead and support security reviews and penetration testing and remediation activities. • Support audit / regulatory inspection remediation activities • Testing, Cutover and Go-Live: • Define Test strategy and test data • Define and Govern SIT, UAT, performance, stress and failover testing. • End-to-end payment scenario testing • Integration testing with clearing networks and SWIFT • Data migration and reconciliation validation • Define, cutover, rollback and deployment plans • Lead parallel runs, production deployment. • Project Documentation and Knowledge transfer: • Own and maintain all mandatory project documentations including: o HLD, LLD o Interface and API specifications o Message Mapping and Transformation documents Official This Document is classified as Official o Security and Architecture documents o DR & BCP design o Test strategy and go live plan o Lead structured handover to support teams. • Vendor & System Integrator Governance: • Provide hands-on technical oversight of vendors and system integrators. • Review and approve technical designs, build deliverables, test results and security artifacts. • Ensure delivery quality, regulatory compliance and architectural alignment. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. • 10-15 years of overall IT experience. • 6-8 years in Payments Systems (Domestic and Cross Border – SWIFT, RTGS, ACH) • 3-5 year as Project Technical Lead in Banking Transformation Programs • Proven delivery of at least one full Enterprise Payment Hub or SWIFT/ISO 20022 implementation Technical & Functional Skills: • Enterprise Payment Hub Platform. • SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022. • Domestic Payments (ACH, RTGS), Instant Payments/Speed Transfers • Knowledge of Core Banking Integration (real-time & batch) and Middleware (ESB) • API, Micro Services, • Messages Queues (IBM MQ, Kafka) • Database: Oracle, MS SQL • Linux environments • Security: Encryption, Certificates, RBAC, Key Management Domain Knowledge: • Domestic clearing and settlement • Cross-border correspondent banking • Payment validation and orchestrations • Account posting and reconciliation • Regulatory compliance for local & international payments Soft Skills & Leadership • Strong technical ownership and delivery mindset • Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent Stakeholder management • Strong documentation and presentation skills. • Ability to work under regulatory and go-live pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: RO RO1, per month
