Project Engineer (DCS Systems)

Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities • To deliver DCS solutions in line with customer requirements, budget, and schedule. • To complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, commissioning. • Perform functional design,hardware design, and application development for DCS systems. • Conduct internal testing customer inspections, and on-site commissioning activities to ensure system performance and quality. • Execute projects using Centum VP system in compliance with ISO9000 standards. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. • Provide technical support and guidance to team members throughout project phases. Job Requirements • Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering or any other related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Control & Instrumentation site construction, installation, and commissioning. • Working experience in projects, preferably using Centum VP system or similar control systems. • Good knowledge of functional design, hardware design, and application development in process control systems. • Familiarity with ISO9000 standards and project quality requirements. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as required.
