• *About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, governance, and execution of the data migration workstream, ensuring data quality, business alignment, and timely delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a data migration expert who thrives in high-impact ERP transformation programs.
• *Objectives and Deliverables**:
- Lead the **end-to-end data migration program** from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure smooth and accurate execution of all migration phases, from mock loads to cutover.
- Drive alignment between business process teams, data owners, and technical teams regarding data quality, transformation, and validation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of **transformation logic, data cleansing processes, and pipeline orchestration** using DataIku.
- Act as the central point of communication for stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and escalations.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, audit trails, and governance throughout the data migration lifecycle.
• *Main Responsibilities**:
- Define, plan, and execute the **data migration strategy and roadmap**.
- Lead data migration activities in collaboration with process teams, solution architects, and data stewards.
- Configure and manage data transformation workflows and pipelines using **DataIku**, **LSMW**, **SAP Data Services**, and other tools.
- Implement data validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure high-quality and reliable data loads.
- Maintain oversight of **Master Data Object (MDO)** changes and their impact on business processes.
- Facilitate regular communication and reporting to project sponsors and steering committees.
- Support cutover planning, including defining Go/No-Go criteria and rollback strategies.
- Ensure robust documentation of mappings, transformation logic, business rules, test results, and exception handling.
• *Required Qualifications and Technical Skills**:
- **8+ years of experience** leading **enterprise-scale data migration programs**, including **at least 2 full-cycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations**.
- Proven expertise using **DataIku** for data transformation, pipeline management, and data enrichment.
- Strong knowledge of **LSMW**, **SAP data structures** (Material Master, Vendor/Customer, FI/CO, BOMs).
- Solid understanding of **enterprise master data governance and data quality principles**.
- Experience working in **Agile environments** within **cross-functional ERP transformation programs**.
- **Bilingual proficiency** (French 5/5 and functional English).
• *Assets**:
- **PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification**.
- Hands-on experience with **DBT (Data Build Tool)** and other modern data stack tools.
- Familiarity with **SAP Activate methodology** and **Solution Manager**.
- Exposure to **data observability tools** (e.g., Monte Carlo, Collibra).
- Awareness of **compliance frameworks** such as **GDPR and SOX**.
