Responsibilities • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt and processing through final delivery. • Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner across all fulfillment channels. • Act as the primary liaison between the Sales and Customer Service teams in China and fulfillment warehouses in the United States. • Manage and coordinate fulfillment-related activities, including order processing and confirmation, inventory tracking and planning, picking, packing, and shipping preparation. • Supervise daily order fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. • Collaborate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations. • Monitor and prevent inventory shrinkage, workplace accidents, and occupational hazards by enforcing operational and safety standards. • Optimize inventory procurement by improving vendor relationships, performance, and lead times. • Maintain strong, positive, and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners. • Track and report weekly fulfillment and operational KPIs, including order accuracy, turnaround time, inventory performance, and SLA compliance. • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management to improve fulfillment SLAs and vendor performance. • Support company initiatives to obtain and maintain quality and service certifications such as ISO 9002 and COPC. Skills & Qualifications • Proven analytical, interpersonal, teamwork, and project management skills. • Prior experience with warehouse operations or fulfillment environments. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS). • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong business-level verbal and written communication skills. • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and operational excellence. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred Pay: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Will you now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship (such as H-1B)?
