The Product Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the Global Streaming Product and Design teams are as effective and efficient as possible. As part of the Process and Tools team on Product Operations, you will be responsible for transforming the Global Streaming Product Development Lifecycle into a well-oiled, AI-enabled engine. Our team owns the processes, tools, frameworks and team coordination that power product development, align strategy with execution, and empower Product Managers and Designers to work smarter. We’re seeking a strategic, systems-minded Product Operations Manager to drive the evolution of our tooling ecosystem across Product and Technology. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for optimizing, automating, and simplifying workflows – from ideation through roadmapping and capacity tracking. You’ll lead efforts to reduce tech debt, enhance efficiency, and integrate AI-driven solutions, working closely with Product Ops, Portfolio Ops, Product Managers, and UX teams to ensure our tools (including Airtable and Jira) enable seamless collaboration and scale. Key Responsibilities • Optimize and Manage Tooling Ecosystem: Collaborate with Product, UI/UX Design, PMO, and Engineering teams to administer and enhance Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and SharePoint for cross-team workflows, incorporating AI-driven automation where possible. • Own Tool Setup and Maintenance: Ensure robust configuration and ongoing support of tools powering four global streaming platforms: Peacock, SkyShowtime, Showmax, and NOW, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and scalability. • Drive Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain clear, accessible documentation and training resources in Confluence and SharePoint to support change management and adoption across a 300+ member organization. • Serve as Tooling & AI Expert: Act as the primary point of contact for tooling-related questions, troubleshooting, best practices, and AI integration opportunities. • Enable Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce tech debt, and implement AI-powered solutions for automation and predictive insights. • Translate Requirements into Intelligent Solutions: Convert diverse stakeholder needs into scalable, efficient tooling strategies that incorporate AI capabilities to support ideation, roadmapping, and capacity tracking. • Support Onboarding & Learning: Organize and standardize onboarding materials and learning resources, including AI adoption guides, to empower Product and Design teams. Qualifications • 3+ years in Tooling, Operations or Systems Analyst type roles with a focus on tooling and workflow optimization and automation • Proven experience administering and optimizing Airtable, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint; familiarity with admin-level capabilities and automation tools, integrations and API knowledge • Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, workflow automation, intelligent dashboards) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort • Strong ability to identify inefficiencies, reduce tech debt, and design scalable solutions that simplify complex workflows • Understanding of data structures, automation frameworks, and capacity planning tools; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to partner with other Operations teams, Product Managers, Designers, and Technology teams to align tooling strategies • Skilled in creating clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials to drive adoption and change management • Systems thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI to transform operations This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
