Job Duties
• Lead product development initiatives, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning.
• Shape KPay’s digital payment product roadmap (e.g., Platform Partners integration, internal tools) to enhance the merchant experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, technical, and regional teams to align business requirements, solution design, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze customer insights, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Support and optimize technical onboarding processes for merchants and partners.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Senior Product Management.
• Assist in gathering product requirements and preparing documentation, release notes, and training materials.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and workshops.
Job Requirements
• 5-8 years of payment product management experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Product Manager roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proven success in launching products or features that meet defined success metrics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on project success and achieving market-product fit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to quickly build trust with internal and external stakeholders (merchants, partners).
• Highly organized with the ability to produce clear and structured documentation (BRDs, user flows, release notes).
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
