About this team The lululemon & me team product team is responsible to elevate our identified guest experience across all our touchpoints on and offline via seamless identification, rich gated experiences and engaging loyalty programs. • *A day in the life**: Reporting to the Director, Product Management, and part of the lululemon & me team, you lead the strategy and vision for our core loyalty experiences from awareness to engagement. - Drive clear vision and priorities for your dedicated scrum team - Communicate across the organization to ensure alignment and clarity of what is being developed and why - Ongoing communication and enrollment across the organization as the roadmap is realized throughout the year, as well as progress towards KPIs which include interaction per order and NPS. - Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPIs that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives - Build a strong relationship with the business owners to under and anticipate their needs and translate them into scalable and actionable features. • *Qualifications**: - Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university (or relevant job experience) - 1-3 years of relevant business experience with at least 1 of the years directly in product management - Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills) - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations - Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments - Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback - Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment - Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution • *Must haves**: - Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life. - Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. - Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same. - Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. - Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. - Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
