Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee and manage hazardous waste treatment operations within an
established waste management facility. This role is hands-on and operationally focused, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant treatment processes while driving continuous improvement across production lines.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily operations of hazardous
waste treatment production lines, including evaporation systems, centrifuges, and filtration units
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and HSE teams to optimize system performance and uptime
• Manage process documentation, SOPs, and operational reporting
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost control
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions when required
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in waste management, hazardous waste treatment, or process-based industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of treatment technologies such as evaporation, centrifugation, and filtration
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills
