We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in applying Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework. This is a Contract and Onsite opportunity in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on product leader who has built product capabilities from the ground up and can bring structure, governance, and clarity to an evolving team.. • Candidate MUST be open to W2 employment. Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of relevant experience. • Proven experience as a Product Manager within Financial Services domain. • Strong hands-on experience using jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) product framework. • Demonstrated ability to build a product function end-to-end, including processes, roadmaps, and operating models. • Experience working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to new initiatives. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience launching or scaling a new product team or function, even within a smaller or less complex organization. • Comfort operating in a fast-growing or transformational environment.
