Job Description
• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform technical calculations using CYMCAP software to address site-specific conditions and ensure optimal product performance.
• Provide clients and contractors with installation advice, ensuring compliance with load and voltage requirements.
• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, offering expert advice on products and projects.
• Manage supplier negotiations, procurement coordination, and internal processes to meet product specifications and delivery timelines.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, needs assessment, and proactive resolution of concerns.
• Oversee sales orders, shipping, invoicing, and progress reporting while supporting business development initiatives.
• Conduct site visits, offer pre-sales and post-sales support, and prepare performance reports for management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
• Up-to 04 years of experience in a related field.
• PMP, Sales & Marketing or any related training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
