Role Overview
As a Product Development & Research Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and refining innovative products that meet the evolving needs of the market. This position requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and technology advancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product ideation, research, prototyping, and testing, ensuring that our offerings align with the company's vision and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Conducting market and competitor research
• Developing business cases and impact reports
• Drafting and updating policies and procedures
• Providing SME finance expertise
• Translating market insights into actionable strategies
• Experience in product development, business strategy, or SME finance
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Advanced Excel for modeling and financial analysis
• Experience in drafting business policies and procedures
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
