About the role
This is a full-time role at Croda Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading global speciality chemicals company, located on Jurong Island . As a Product and Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining Product and Quality Assurance activities in order to keep standards and support business performance and improvement.
What you'll be doing
• Support integration of management systems (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, GMP) including action management and document control.
• Establish and manage the site’s annual internal audit programme; support customer/external audits and conduct internal audits.
• Communicate effectively (verbal, email, written) on all product and quality management system matters across the site.
• Develop and implement improved work methods to enhance the site’s management systems through short- to medium-term projects.
• Coordinate investigations and action plans for customer complaints, product issues, and audit non-conformances, working with staff across departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide product assurance and quality management system documentation to customers.
• Maintain responsibility for SAP QM module activities, including routine tasks, improvements, and testing of new developments.
• Assist in external supply partner through documentation review to ensure adherence to Croda Quality requirement and standards
• Support in ad-hoc quality projects and department initiatives that assign by manager.
• Maintain and update the quality parameters within the ERP system to ensure all product releases meet defined sector-specific standards
What we're looking for
• Diploma/Degree in Technical, Quality, Chemical, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience , chemical industrial but open to other industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (QM/MM/PP modules preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other standards as relevant to the site (e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, etc)
• Written Communication, document control and attention to detail
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI is a bonus).
• Good communication, planning and organisation, initiative, teamwork and logical approach to problem solving.
