Job Description We’re looking for a seasoned Producer (Design Technology) to join a high-impact Content Design team, focused on building the internal guidance that powers world class digital services. In this role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the team — owning timelines, orchestrating cross functional collaboration, and turning complex product work into clear documentation, tools, and processes that creators rely on every day. What You’ll Be Doing • Partner closely with a Design Technology Lead to provide technical consultation, design resources, and onboarding support to cross functional teams. • Drive communication and collaboration across design, content, engineering, and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and unblocked. • Plan and track project milestones, manage deadlines, and ensure design resource updates are accurate and delivered on time. • Capture and document the needs of multiple partner teams, shaping onboarding materials that are clear, effective, and easy to find. • Create and maintain up to date documentation around workflows, onboarding, and launch support. • Spot opportunities to refine and streamline existing processes to improve quality and efficiency. • Oversee organization, storage, and access to digital assets for Content Design, including version control. • Keep trackers and timelines current and communicate priorities and targets clearly to stakeholders. Who We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or production management. • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience partnering with UI designers, content designers, and engineers. • Exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and comfortable owning timelines, trackers, and version control. • Clear, confident communicator who enjoys working in fast paced environments with many moving parts. • Hands on experience with project and asset management tools, especially Wrike. • Familiarity with Sketch and Figma. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a creative first culture. Nice to have • Experience supporting a product or digital platform launch. • Familiarity with collaborating alongside film, music, or branded content teams.
