Start-Up PT is a premier Concierge Physical Therapy practice serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our team on a Per Diem / Contract (1099) basis.
This is not a high-volume home health agency. We provide "white glove," orthopedic-level care in the comfort of our clients' homes. You will treat motivated, private-pay clients who value their health and your expertise.

We pay a premium rate because we expect a premium experience.
Deliver 1-on-1 Care: Provide high-quality manual therapy and exercise prescription in the client's home or office.The "Concierge" Experience: Arrive on time (5 minutes early), dress professionally (no scrubs), and provide a hospitality-level service.Streamlined Documentation: Complete simple, SOAP-based notes within 24 hours of the visit.Communication: Coordinate scheduling directly with your patients and respond to team messages within 4 business hours.Requirements
License: Current Physical Therapy License in the State of California (Must be in good standing).Insurance: Must carry your own Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance.Experience: Ideally a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (Orthopedics or Sports background is a plus).Transport: Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License.Equipment: Must have (or be willing to acquire) a portable treatment table and basic tools.Compensation
$100.00 per completed visit.Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Rate is all-inclusive of travel and documentation time.
