• Demonstrated success in planning a multi-year roadmap aligning short-term projects with long-term goals.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Skilled in utilizing data and analysis to clarify technical issues and propose comprehensive solutions.
• Proven experience in communicating across functions to drive initiatives.
• Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across various organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Successfully launched at least one large-scale product that supports millions of active users.
• 4+ years of experience in developing Android applications using Java and the Android SDK.
• Expertise in building maintainable and testable codebases, including effective API design and unit testing practices.
• Knowledge of multithreading programming and mobile memory management.

$219,000/year to $301,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
