Key Responsibilities
• Solution Delivery: Engage business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, and deliver IT solutions that address operational needs
• Systems Design and Development: Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring that system design, test specifications and performance criteria are robust and aligned
• Engineering Leadership: Lead the engineering design process, overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of high-quality solutions
• Operations Support: Provide expert recommendations and decisions on system operations, including fault investigation, root cause analysis, and engineering assessments for system upgrades or modifications
• Lifecycle Management: Conduct regular maintenance reviews, manage obsolescence, and ensure the continuous integration and functionality of corporate IT systems
• System Integration: Oversee seamless data flows and integration between corporate service systems and other enterprise applications
• Emerging Technologies and Best Practices: Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices, applying them to enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency
Requirements
• A degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; experience in Systems Engineering is advantageous
• Proven ability to implement or support enterprise-level system
• Extensive experience addressing multidisciplinary challenges with scalable, effective solutions
• Strong analytical mindset to tackle complex, open-ended engineering challenges
• Self-driven individual with the ability to lead technical initiatives and guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
