They are seeking a Principal Applied AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of next-generation agentic systems, creating co-intelligence that collaborates, debates, and decides alongside humans. This role will define AI-first architectures that operate at scale in a regulated, real-time trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Architect scalable AI systems: Translate ambiguous, organization-wide challenges into robust, production-ready architectures using agentic and hybrid AI approaches Own outcomes end-to-end: Ensure AI systems deliver measurable business impact from deployment through adoption Drive engineering excellence: Review system designs and code to elevate technical standards across teams Cross-functional alignment: Bridge engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver safe, fast, and scalable AI architectures Strategic execution: Balance rapid experimentation with long-term platform stability and scalability
Key Qualifications
Languages: Python, TypeScript AI/ML: OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, LangGraph, custom ML pipelines Infrastructure: AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, LangFuse, vector and graph databases Proven experience defining technical strategy beyond feature delivery Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders
