A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
Set technical direction for AI systems in partnership with the CTO
Drive improvements in model accuracy, robustness, explainability, and latency
Establish best practices for model lifecycle management and serve as a technical authority for AI / ML
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, or data science
Familiarity with AI tooling and infrastructure (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Deep expertise in relevant areas such as machine learning or generative AI
Strong experience building and maintaining systems, including data pipelines and deployment
Demonstrated ability to drive technical direction across multiple teams
