Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 8+ years of relevant research experience in NLP, with a strong publication record in top conferences and journals. Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers). Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and computational linguistics. Proven ability to lead research projects from conception to completion.
