The role is responsible for pre-sales functionalities to provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and potential customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, developing and presenting solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to closing. The role will work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive the company's business growth

Customer Engagement:
• Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Solution Development:
• Design and customize solutions to meet the specific needs of customers.
• Provide technical input and guidance during the proposal and bidding process.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to address technical challenges and refine product offerings.
Sales Support:
• Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop account strategies.
• Assist in the qualification of leads and opportunities based on technical fit and business value.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on technical aspects of the products or services.
Market and Product Insights:
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Provide feedback to product management on customer needs and market demands.
• Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics:
• Track and report on pre-sales activities and performance metrics.
• Analyse and optimize the pre-sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that pre-sales engagements are aligned with revenue targets and business objectives.
Skills for Success:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent.
• Experience in a pre-sales or technical role.
• Strong understanding of the GPU Cloud/ GPUaaS industry-specific technologies, products, or services.
• Ability to display strong technical skills, able to work collaboratively with sales, products, engineering, operations, customers and partners to put together compelling winning solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver technical solutions.
